Who I Am...

  • I am a lifelong learner.
  • I am curious.
  • I am a contemplative.
  • I am passionate about personal growth & transformation.
  • I am worthy of love  & so are you!

The interior life is important to me; it is the place from which our lives are lived out.  My approach is multi-disciplinary and I listen with an ear to personal & spiritual growth.

Despite my training as a mental health professional, I do not work from a medical model. Pathology is real but I often find that "symptoms" are an invitation to growth, and dis-ease is to be expected. If a more clinical approach seems like it would be advantageious, we will talk about that and together will determine a course of action.

Perspectives change when we are given the time, tools and space to reflect on our lives...and when we see differently, we live differently!

"Life is meant to be lived from a Center, a divine Center. Each one of us can live a life of amazing power and peace and serenity, of integration and confidence and simplified multiplicity, on one condition - that is, if we really want to."

~ Thomas Kelly,

 A Testament of Devotion

The church has always been an important part of my life. While remaining rooted in the Christian tradition, the way I understand the church, its purpose and my place in it, has changed over time. I love reading the mystics and saints of the major world religions, and I participate in the life and leadership of several ecumenical and contemplative communities.
