Live the Questions...

“"""Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.”    ~ Rainer Maria Rilke

We come into adulthood with ways of understanding the world.

When life gets more complex than we knew in our youth, we have 2 choices:

We can make our experience fit into what we know.

OR

We can learn to ask questions and think more expansively.

Interpreting our experience through a framework we acquired early in life usually requires us to

dismiss or distort large parts of our adult experience.

Adding to the ways in which we understand & interpret life takes effort and courage but it is well worth it!

Life, people and relationships become infinitely more interesting!
